Main Idea was simple compare the active usage, like showing usage bars of one (or two) selected friends under mine. (wakoopa.com/User/usage, e.g. steam user-game-stats-compare;)).
But also possible to compare versions (like miranda-vi.org it does) or do a chart bar like in software comparison (e.g. for e a specical software or total usage) -
