Create GNU/Linux, j2me, mobile, etc. categories
Even if there is no tracker for GNU/Linux or mobile phone, create these categories (and maybe more) to allaw users to share their thoughts about them.

Inappropriate?I don't see how a license could be a category? I'd rather have categories be cross-platform, and let people use the option in the search to find software by license or platform.1 Comment

English is not my native language. Maybe I didn't say it right. There are Windows, Mac and Web categories for applications. Why isn't there one for GNU/Linux, which is a platform, or for mobile OSes as well?
And if you think GNU/Linux is a license, neither GNU nor Linux are licenses. GNU GPL is a license. -
Inappropriate?Raphaël, we are working on a Linux tracker, so in the near future we will start tracking Linux as well. :)
We allow people to 'add' apps from the iPhone without tracking the usage, perhaps in the future we could do that for other platforms as well.
