Same filename, different programs: But Wakoopa figures it's all the same?
Wakoopa is treating the Half-Life episodes (Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two) as plain old Half-Life 2. They're different executables, in different directories, but they all share the same basic filename, hl2.exe. Does Wakoopa pay no attention to file path in this case?

Inappropriate?I just found out that Wakoopa is also tracking Team Fortress 2 as Half-Life 2.
I’m dismayed

Inappropriate? All the episodes, as well as Counter Strikes and TF2 and Garrys Mod are all based off Half-Life, and use that core executable. There's probably no specific way of identifying which game you are playing.
I’m indifferent

Inappropriate? The executable may be the same, but the way Steam works, each game is put in its own directory structure, typically:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<username>\<gamename>
All that's required is checking the file path of the running executable to determine which game is running, and you get to find out who's running it as well, for free.
And while this impacts people playing Source Engine based games from Valve, there are many other applications, more serious ones, which share file names and a number of common resources, yet are different apps. Some level of path comparison should be added to Wakoopa so that these false results are easier to find and fix.</gamename></username>
