Showing proportion of software use by platform
A quick idea: for software that runs on both platforms (Mac & PC), would it be possible to show what proportion of use is from which platform...
As an example... For Firefox, 68% of people are using Windows and 32% Mac. It's perfectly possible this already exists and I'm just being a little dumb

Inappropriate?This one is good

Inappropriate? That is a pretty good one, yes. Shouldn't be that hard to do if you think about it. I'll have a look and let you know when it's up!

Inappropriate?Friendly reminder. ;)

Inappropriate?Great idea. Especially for those that multi-boot.
Not just plain "Windows" and "Mac", though. It would be nice to see specific OS versions listed; such as Windows XP SP2, Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1, etc.
Also, could you show OS usage for each user, in addition to (separately from) software usage?
Say, had I a dual-boot of XP SP3 and Vista SP1, it would be nice to have a pie chart that shows just what percentage of the time I'm on XP, and what percentage I'm on Vista.
Go Wakoopa! =]
I’m excited!

this is one of the best points

Please no, separating stats by Service pack is stupid. Most people don't even which SP they run or what they even are.
Stats by version (xp/vista/7) is a valid point. -
Inappropriate?implemented!
