Inappropriate?I can't seem to reproduce this error. Can you give an example of the url you're trying to submit?

I've tried it on two different computers, using Chrome and IE and it never seems to work for me

Inappropriate?Turned out to be that that url already existed as a submission but the error message showed something different...It should now correctly report that it's already submitted as a webapp.
