Inappropriate?5 hours and still isn't working
-
Inappropriate?I'm sorry for the delay. We're working to improve on processing data for new users, so this doesn't happen again.
-
Inappropriate? Now it seems to work, but I think the times are incorrect, I've been using Wyzo like... 4 hours? (constantly) and it only shows an hour.
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate?Perhaps Wakoopa only processed a part of your data at the time. Your usage time is now higher (10 hours).

Inappropriate?I've got the same problem. Not a new user ... but it's not sending updates or not tracking usage since a couple of weeks. Most recent usage is from the beginning of june.
I’m sad

That's strange. Can you run this command in your Terminal (Application > Utilities > Terminal):
defaults read com.wakoopa.wakoopatracker
Copy/paste the result and send it to wouter-at-wakoopa-dot-com? Thanks :) -
Inappropriate? In my MacBook I followed Wouters suggestion I went to Applications > Utilities > Terminal
defaults read com.wakoopa.wakoopatracker
And noticed the paused = YES even though the wakoopa icon on my toolbar did not indicate it. I paused tracking it and then unpaused tracking and it seems to provide a different response under paused = NO now.
Hope that fixed it. -
Inappropriate?Wouter suggested to re-install the tracker. That solved the problem for me. Now I am aware and check my status on a regular basis. The tip from Mario makes it more easy to verify the settings.
I’m happy

Inappropriate? The new version compatible with Snow Leopard. You guys can download it. I'm running Snow Leopard with Wakoopa, so far so good.
I’m sure the answer will help you!
