I'am want my 250.00 put on my card.....!!!!!

I Purchase a 250.00 visa debit card on 7-10-09 . I went to my car to activate the card from my cell phone . i talk to someone over the phone and now there are telling me that something is wrong and i had to wait 24 hrs and they wouldn't tell me the problem. They couldn't give me a straight answer so they just hung on me. Now I'am out 250.00...
