Where is the rest of my money

I purchase a Wal-Mart Money Card on 10-28-09 in the amount of $200.00 I made a payment of $144.34 and now I have nothing on my Money Card please explain why. If I do not get my money put back on card I will call the Better Business Buruea and report Wal Mart. The economy is terrible out here for someone to take your money when you really do not have any and I am disable
