Credit card service at Washington Mutual leaves much to be desired

I have tryed to work with customer service in the credit card division must be the most unresponsive group I have ever contacted. Not rude, but not helpful. I can take a no, but when seeking ways to overcome a problem it was well mind chilling.

Who do we contact with a problem?
