I found out iwas was getting mutlitple unwaranted chagres on my credit card from both virgin mobile and bockbuster FOR OVER A YEAR. when I contacted the virgin and bockbuster they admitted their erorr but said they cound only reimburese one payment. Wamu said that it was my own fault that I didn't notice these chagres ant that they cound only reimberse 30 days!!.......inbolving finlling our 5 page form fro each indicvidual charge. What do you suggest? I am contacting FCC and wand to send colpy of compaintg to CEO,, but can't find address or webiste adress.
