How do you get a human being?
How do you get a live person on the phone? I just want to know how to order a new debit because my old one is expiring. I have tried every combination of selections on the cust serv number and no human - not even dialing "0" all the time.

Inappropriate?No worries, Marta. WaMu sends out a replacement card approximately 1 month before your card expires. If you haven't received the card by the time they sent it out (ask their customer service when did the bank actually sent it) within 5-7 business days, then verify your mailing address, request to cancel the card, and reissue a new one. (in such cases, that could have possibly lost in the mail).
