I'm profoundly dissatisfied with WAMU
I have sent in a set of forms 4 times. Each time I call to verify if they were received -- and I'm told they were. Two weeks later I check in and they tell me that the forms are lost. LOST! Each time I call I get inconsistent advise (they will call me? I will have to call back? which one?). Today I got a letter from them with incorrect information, so I called to follow up and the customer service rep tells me to ignore the letter, it's standard for them to do this! Isn't banking a regulated industry? I'm shocked at the treatments I have been getting from WaMu. I cannot emphasize how strongly I'd recommend against being a customer. Now to contact the BBB.
