Mangers blow off their customers

Called the bank three times today - was told the first time I would be called back shortly after they took my account info, security number, name and phone number. Never called. Two times I called back - I was told they were busy and would get back to me... now they are closed, and I waited the whole day for an answer that would have taken all of 4 minutes.
