Need new WaMu customer svc #
The phone number changed for WaMu and they want to send me a text to tell me the new number - I get charged for that and I will NOT get that info through text. How do I get the new number??? The old number is 866-(WAMU)9268.

Inappropriate?I just found - after a LONG search on the internet - a main Customer Service number for WaMu banking. It's 800-788-7000. That actually did get me to the right place but it's not nice that the number ON my statement is not valid any longer and they won't tell you what it is without having to be charged for texting!
