So let me get this straight..
You switched from a one-time $25 fee to a $10 monthly fee?
I know, for me, that was the main reason I decided to go with WaTunes was because it was just a one time up front fee. It was clearly a better rate compared to your competitors. But now it appears I was mislead which is rather frustrating.
What happens to the $25 I already gave you?
It's been two months since I signed up and haven't seen results and you changed your subscription services. In retrospect, I should have just gone with CdBaby as I probably would have had my albums up online already. But watunes seemed like an innovative idea and I wanted to give it a try.
To me, I think most musicians that come to this site are looking for digital distribution rather than another social networking site. I know I was looking for cheap and affordable services where all you have to do is upload your music without the hassle of sending in CDs.
I think this site may have the potential to be something great, but right now I'm tired of waiting and would like to get a refund. Maybe when you get things settled I'll come back, but right now I don't think its a good fit for me.

Inappropriate?Hi Zephuros.
What we've done is enabled users to sell unlimited songs and albums for a low introductory $10 a month. The more you upload and sell, the bigger your sales. Also to equate the $25 lost, we've decided to provide extensive marketing and promotional services + allocate 100% of all sales to the user. This way we can make sure that our users are able to earn enough sales to surpass $10 a month. This month we're focusing on integrating iTunes into our new system.
This new subscription system will help us with our maintenance cost and server infrastructure.

Inappropriate?Hi everyone,
I understand all of your frustrations about our service. Hence why we are working to provide the service. After consideration from our team, we've decided to that it will not be required for previous customers or paid customers to submit the $10 monthly fee until January 1st, 2009. All customers who already have their content available will now be entitled to a 100% sales earnings.
However, for anyone who began to submit the $10 monthly fee now, we will provide special incentives for them.
I’m confident
