Using previously gained sales to pay for membership
I signed up using the old website (when it was free) and have now found out i need to re-register. I have earned some money from sales in the past which i am yet to receive - am i able to use this money i have earned to pay for an account with you?

Previous customers from WaTunes 1 (1.5) do not have to pay the setup fee for WaTunes 2. Once we install our next update (which will feature our first music store update), we'll be able to change the status of your payment to ensure that you're good to go!

Also the afore mentioned money is with RoyaltyShare. I found an e-mail saying you were no longer with them. How do i claim the money i have earned? -

Yes. You'll have to re-register and re-upload any previous content that you've delivered to us. Currently we're still going through a transitional phase between RoyaltyShare. Therefore, I would have to pull up your sales and see how much we owe you.
