when will i see a sales report??

i have had an album uploaded with your service for 1 full year and have watched watched your site undergo many changes in the look as well as the business model, still i have been patient in waiting for the service to be at %100.
I have had my music available on itunes through your service since about august of last year several months behind schedule and have yet to see any type of sales stats to his date.
And now with the new business model i cant even access my account.
Despite my patient nature we here at Herbal Experience Take our music very seriously.
I would like a detailed listing of where/which stores, sites, etc our music has been placed through your service as soon as possible.
