Hi RDC,

Yes. Apparently, all customers (including WaTunes 1.0 & WaTunes 1.5) must activate their monthly subscription payment in order for us to sustain your content at our music store services. Please view our 'Services' page on the updates on what WaTunes currently provides through the new subscription model.
