Important Webshots Links

A lot of people are posting things, that can be looked up in Webshots. I am posting important Webshots links, so that it, can help you. At this point in time, there is NO ONE, from Webshots to talk to us. I am not a tech, so my advice is limited. 1.) The FAQ Section is at http://www.webshots.com/support/help/... .2.) If you cannot find your problem listed, then fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .If you are a non paying customer, I still recommend, that you fill out a help desk form. Also, if you have had hardware or software problems, then fill out a help desk form. If you are having problems with other programs, then have someone check out, your PC. Something in your PC'S system, may have been messed up. Also, read the posts in other subjects. There may be something there, that can help you. If you cannot access Webshots at all, then contact your Internet Provider (I.P.). It is possible that your I.P. has been locked out of the Webshots system. This has happened in the past. Your I.P. will need to contact Webshots and work with them, to fix the problem. 3.)
