Page load error on Webshots
I am a subscribed member of Webshots.I have had no access to WS since last year.
When trying to open the Webshots' web-pages,a "page load error" appears.
I have tried different browsers and I have had different anti-virus,anti-spyware installed on my PC.
But nothing happened.
I receive regular e-mails from Webshots, but i have no accesse to any page in the site.
I don't have WS customer support's e-mail to report my problem.
Looking forward to receiving problem-solving advices'

Inappropriate?Hi Afshin, The help desk form is at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .Last winter, Webshots had an upgrade, that kicked peoples IP'S, out of their system. I do not know, if your problem is, related to that issue. You might want to read the posts at http://getsatisfaction.com/webshots/t... .I hope that, this helps you. Thanks! As I mentioned before,I fail to access any webpage in WS,including the page you've mentioned(http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer).I read the posts,too,but of no use for me.That'll be very kind of you and your colleagues if give me a piece of practical advice for solving this problem.

Inappropriate?Afshin, Have you talked to your Internet Provider (I.P.)? It may be something that, they can help you with. Are you having problems with other websites or just Webshots? If it is just Webshots, your I.P. may need to contact Webshots. It may be that your I.P. was kicked out of the Webshots system. I hope that, this helps you. All The Best, Teresa

You may be behind a firewall, which is interfering with traffic to and from Webshots. Some common ones may be Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security. If these are not configured correctly, they can cause issues with receiving the full benefits of the Webshots browsing experience.
Adjust your firewall to allow passage for the entire webshots.com domain. Refer to the help file in your firewall software for instructions, as we cannot give specific instructions for all setups.
If you continue to experience issues, disable your firewall temporarily or contact the company from which you purchased it for proper setup instructions."
