The Pro Daily Pictures Are Down
The last time, that the WS Pro Daily pictures worked, was on February 21, 2008. WS has not addressed this issue. There should be a statement on the home page, about this problem. When I try to download a daily picture, I get this message "Oops! We can’t find that Webshots page." Teresa (teres187 at WS and a paying member)

Inappropriate?Hi Teresa, Thanks for the Heads up, you are right, only the last pic is openning (Lake Tahoe) the rest come up with the oops message etc. I hope they will get that fixed soon :)

Chandra, I clear my temporary internet files, every Sunday night. Monday morning, I tried the Pro Shots again, and I had the same problem. It was on the WS side. The Pro Shots are now working, and I have downloaded them. I have been with WS since 2003. At first, I was a free member, then I switched to a paying member. I use the pictures for wall paper and screen saver. In the future, if WS is going to have down time, could you put it, on the home page? It would help us. We would know, that WS is having problems. I am a member of “The Motley Fool (TMF).” When the TMF has down time, they have it, at the top, of every page and every discussion board. As they say at the TMF, “it is the foolish thing to do.” It is also, a good business practice. WS is a wonderful website. Please DO NOT ruin it, by bad business practices. In the long run, you will lose customers, and that hurts WS, in the long run. It also, hurts AG’S investors. For the record, I am an investor, but I do not own stock in AG. I am talking to you, as a customer and an investor. Please fix your problems and make it a better website. Foolishly Yours, Teresa (TMF foolish member and investor)

Inappropriate?Ted, That is a current issue, but the real issue is poor customer service. It has been that way, for a long time. Have you read the other subjects? When WS is having problems or going to have down time, there should be a statement about it, on the home page.
