Webshots Background will not stay loaded
My webshots background will not stay active. When my PC loads the background goes to the default white and has the error message to click "restore my desktop ." The only way to restore webshots desktop is to go to background click off webshots...click on another background...click back on webshots...click "OK". And the webshots background will appear....but....then it goes off again and back to white background and "restore desktop". Can anybody please help?

The Webshots Top Questions is at http://www.webshots.com/support/kb/We... .I did not see anything, that would be related to your problem. Does your Firewall and Anti Virus programs, accept Webshots, without problems? Make sure that they are set to accept Webshots. Have you had any software or hardware problems, that might effect the desktop? Do you clear memory, at least once a week? I have noticed that Webshots does better, if you clear memory, at least once a week.
You might want to fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .The more people that fill out a help desk form, the better. It lets Webshots know, that they have a problem. Also, people are reporting problems in the blogs. Customer Service does read the blogs, for problems. The blogs is the only forum, that the community has. Let me know, what happens.
