Help us get back into WeFollow! Please!!!

Has anyone had luck getting someone from WeFollow to respond to them? Twitter accidentally suspended our account, reinstated it - but WeFollow dropped us and in the last two weeks we have not been able to get one person to respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
