can't add an ing direct account with automatic uploader

I've been trying to get my ING Direct account reconnected to Wesabe (used to work), but every time I try to add the account it fails. Is it just me or is this broken? I can log into the account OK, I have reset my security questions. I emailed support about a week ago but have not heard back.

I am totally bummed about this because I rely on Wesabe and it sucks not having the last month of data.
