can't add an ing direct account with automatic uploader
I've been trying to get my ING Direct account reconnected to Wesabe (used to work), but every time I try to add the account it fails. Is it just me or is this broken? I can log into the account OK, I have reset my security questions. I emailed support about a week ago but have not heard back.
I am totally bummed about this because I rely on Wesabe and it sucks not having the last month of data.

Inappropriate?It is not just you, and we are working on it. ING Direct made a change on their side to prevent people from using financial management sites like Wesabe. It is possible to work around their change, and we are working to do that. I would also encourage you to write ING Direct and complain about the new policy, since I think banks should encourage you to manage your money well, using the tools you want to use, and not prevent you from doing so.
In the meantime, you should be able to "delete saved credentials" from your ING account on Wesabe, and manually upload a statement file (OFX/QIF) from ING's site.
Also, I'll check what happened with your support request.

It would have saved me some frustration if you'd added a specific error message so I didn't keep trying it.
