Inappropriate?The short answer is: You don't! :-)
But fear not, because Gmail's Mail Fetcher supports remote POP access. Instead of forwarding mail from WestHost to Gmail (and risking having your forwarded messages blocked or marked as spam), you should instead configure Gmail to automatically fetch messages from WestHost. Follow the simple steps below to access your WestHost e-mail account from within Gmail:
- Login to your Gmail account.
- Click on Settings, then Accounts, then "Add a mail account you own".

- Enter your WestHost e-mail address into the space provided and click "Next Step" to continue.

- Gmail automatically fills in the correct POP server address, but you'll need to change the username to be your full WestHost e-mail address. Enter your e-mail password into the space provided. If you wish to keep messages on your WestHost account as well, enable the option to "Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server". If you wish to easily identify mail sent to your WestHost address, enable the option to "Label incoming messages". Click "Next Step" to continue.

- Click "Next Step" to continue.

- Click "Send Verification".
