Thank you for your suggestion. I will pass this along through the appropriate channels here. As you know we currently do not allow full root access to the server. I may suggest that if you need full root access that you check out VPS.NET our sister company. In the meantime, I will definately pass along your suggestion.

One other item I would mention is that if you do need to install somthing that you need root access for WestHost can do this for you through our Custom Services team. (https://corp2.westhost.com/customserv...)
