Sync web account and phone
First, I have been using where since early April, 2008. I think that Where is an excellent app even if it is a bit slow to load. However, I've had one problem since April.
How do I get where to associate my phone and my where.com web account?
The widgets I add on the where.com web site never "magically" appear on my phone. When I go into Settings>User Profile in the where app on my phone it says that "Your Where.com web account is activated with the following information:
Username:1207844166144
Phone # 152
Device Id: 111,199,654
What does that mean? I have an existing web account and I assure you that my user name is not 120...etc. I can't use this information to log in to where.com. If on the phones user profile screen I press the OK button I get a dialog asking for an admin pin. What is the pin and what will this do?
I have sent email to support@where.com twice about this issue on April 23, 2008 and October 6, 2008 and never received a reply.
I wonder if anybody is home?
