Where to find recipes for dehydrated soups in the bulk foods section?

I recently made a mistake that I've done several times -- bought a couple of dehydrated soup mixes (Corn Chowder and I think the other was Spicy Southwestern Bean), then got home and realized that I forgot to note down the recipe that was on the bulk foods label -- and I can't find it anywhere online. It's kind of a pain to go back to the store. Any suggestions? The soup is great; I just wish I knew how to make it!
