Would it be possible to allow the Whrrl application to get GPS information from a Bluetooth GPS puck?
Would it be possible to allow the Whrrl application to get GPS information from a Bluetooth GPS puck? For example, my Verizon Curve 8330 does not have an accessible internal GPS, but I own a Bluetooth puck. Other applications are able to get my location information using the puck as the source. I would love to see this feature implemented in to Whrrl. It would be much more convenient for me. Possibly even have it auto update if you stay in one location for X minutes?

Inappropriate?Thanks for writing in with your suggestion. I apologize for the delay in response. I think using blue tooth for a GPS fix is feasible, and you are welcome to try, but it's not a technology that we are supporting at this time.
