Facebook Status update " via Blog Community " - Custom !!!!
Dear WIBIYA
Yet anouther annotated idea for you guys. I have attatched the relivent images below to show what we are on about.
The Problem:
When updating your status from the WIBIYA bar, Its shows up in FACEBOOK as " VIA BLOG COMMUNITY " - which when clicked on goes to a small page which has no relivence to where the status orientated from.
as shown below:
now for example i run a JOOMLA Site called " HOUSEXCLUSIVE.CO.UK " which is where my WIBIYA bar is installed . I personally beleive that the " VIA BLOG COMMUNITY " would benifit me much more if it read " VIA HOUSEXCLUSIVE " and linked to my site.
As shown below:
That way it would link directly back to where it had been created, the origional site, which overall would make it much more useful for users and admin.
as shown below:
This could be implemented rather easily into the dashboard by adding two fields:
What text you want to replace the " BLOG COMMUNITY " text
and where you would want that text to hyperlink to .

becuase i have many many ideas to put towards the facebook improvement as its one of the main reasons we use WIBIYA

We are tacking different directions with the toolbar, to answer our customers diversified needs, so it might take some time.. but you will see improvement all over the toolbar in the coming months and Facebook is one of our top priority.

I would mention one thing when talking about INSTALLING it on joomla.
You need to disable all "HTML EDITORS" to add the JAVSCRIPT to the module your using to run it.
keep it up. ive added a GET SATISFACTION for HOUSEXCLUSIVE so we can see what are customers feedback are. and we'll try get people to feedback WIBYAS bar on our site too.

Wouldn't it be much better to go to the Site Templates section of Joomla and add the code to that, rather than add it to a module? -
