Issue with wibiya toolbar when viewed from an iPhone
The wibiya toolbar scripts need to detect whether a site is visited from iPhone's Mobile Safari. If you're using a popular WordPress plug-in like WP-Touch or generally provide an iPhone optimized theme for your site, the Wibiya toolbar breaks the design entirely.

Hi Ralf,
Thanks for informing us.
We will update the toolbar later on today not to load when a user visits the site from a mobile phone (i.e. iPhone, Blackberry, Palm and more).
I'll let you once the update is released.

Inappropriate?I know this is old but I am currently experiencing this problem. The toolbar displays but doesn't scroll, I would prefer it doesn't show on mobile browsers. see the attached screenshot.
I’m hoping this gets fixed

Inappropriate?Hi, I just got users complaints. Currently the toolbar IS showing on the iPhone as shown in the screenshot above which breaks the design. Would be nice if you could check this further. Thanx.
I’m still loving it...

Inappropriate?Hi Benjamin and Anurag,
We are going to update all the toolbars during the weekend but you can solve this issue immediately by doing the following steps:
1) Log into your Wibiya admin
2) Click on "Edit Toolbar"
3) Click on " Save & Make It Live"
After you do this the toolbar won't show on mobile devices.

Inappropriate?I just installed the bar yesterday and am getting complaints about the bar showing in the middle of page with safari on ipod touch.

You can simply do the following steps to disable the toolbar from showing on mobile devices:
1) Log into your Wibiya admin
2) Click on "Edit Toolbar"
3) Click on " Save & Make It Live" -
Inappropriate?I did that 3 times before I posted and twice after you replied. Viewing safari on my ipod touch I see the bar. It stays at the bottom of the frame, but when you scroll down it stays in the middle as if it was still at the bottom.

Inappropriate?Yep Apple I had to do was click the "Save & Make It Live" and POOF! fixed!!
-
Inappropriate?Still seeing an issue with toolbar being displayed on iphone...any idea when this issue will be resolved or if there is recommended code that can be added to site to hide the Wibiya js?

I am a new user, that received this toolbar after you posted this solution. I did click "Save & Make It Live" and the toolbar still shows up when I visit my site on an iPhone. If you have access to view logs for my account you will see that I already tried the step you recommended. -
