When The Tolbar is on my navbar dropboxes stay open
i tried you solution of adding &nc=0&pl=1 onto my code but that also didnt work
But it does not do this on IE only in google chrome

You can try adding just "&pl=1" to the url (without "&nc=0") it should work fine.
I can see you took the toolbar down, please put it on and try again.

Inappropriate?if i put that toolbar up it causes that error for ppl and i dont know how long until ou fix the problem could be a day or 2 untill u look at teh site so give me a time that youare gonna look at it and it wil be up
