Will notify you once we have some progress with this issue
I’m confident
-
Inappropriate? This issue occurs on one of my websites as well, you may use it for debuging also. www.terracesports.com
The top section rotates through a list of post and also is hotlinked to that post. Once the tool bar was added this section is no longer rotation through the posts and has no hyperlink associated with it. -
Hi John, We're still working on this issue.
apparently it's a strange clash between mootools & jQuery.
we'll update you as soon as we reach a conclusion. -
Inappropriate?this is bad!! conflicts with above inclucing lightbox mootools and some other js im running.
Any solutions yet? seeing it such a great tool id hate to go without but mootools is essential for my site as well as my other js
I’m thankful and confiedent there will be a solution
-
Inappropriate? No solution to this problem yet..
We will provide a solution in the future
Best,
Daniel -
Inappropriate?I had just reported this issue also. I thought I was the only one. But yes it definitely conflicts with mootools so that would apply also to any lightbox plugins.
-
Inappropriate?It's been 3 months I reported this problem...nothing.
Imagine a Web 2.0 tool not compatible with JS? Great project, but poor developing.
Personally, I gave up.
I’m waiting for real developper
-
Inappropriate?@kevin again.
Asked them for the source to help...but no answer that way too -
Hi Koomo, Kevin
We didn't gave up on this issue, We are working constantly to make our product close to 100% compatible.
unfortunately, there are some rare cases that the specific composition of widgets / web application won't work smoothly together.
but We keep working on compatibility issues and I'm sure we'll resolve most of them. -
Inappropriate?Ok, so I was given a solution via email, however I can't even try it because now I can't even get my bar. When I try to select install now, and there's four options on left to choose which platform I can't select any of them.
Also the bar preview just sits on the waiting animation. I have to say so far I am quite disappointed. -
Hi Kevin,
What is your website address? (the one you registered with)
Thanks -
Thanks,
please try again, it should work now.
sorry for the inconvenience. -
what was the solution you got? -
In Kevin's case it was an apostrophe (') that causes the problem, not related to this thread actually.
Do you experiencing problems? can We help? -
Inappropriate?I think its the same problem everyone else is having. Java script compatibility errors screwing up my shoutbox won't let me do searches I think its the java conflict
-
Inappropriate?I believe it was a little more than just an apostrophe, it was a short string of characters amended to the end of the bar code.
-
You are right Kevin, but in addition to that - the apostrophe was another issue. -
Inappropriate?I too have this problem. My blog stop rotating my featured posts in the front page.
When I can expect a solution for this problem, it seems it already took a lot of time.
Thanks
Bage.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Jquery and wibiya has an issue when used together. i havent debugged it yet but i will see if i can figure it out...
I’m sad
-
-
Inappropriate?Having the same problem so I had to remove the toolbar.
I use jQuery, I don't want to move it to the head but if that will solve the problem I might. There's also other JavaScript which stops working...
-
Inappropriate?I finally got mine working decently... had to move code to header, change the ' to ", and add the &nc=0&pl=1
http://getsatisfaction.com/wibiya/top...
Safari still shows a minor glitch on occasion
I’m mostly satisfied
-
Thank you for your update, We are looking into it. -
had to turn Wibiya off again. the above worked for firefox, but safari still has problems =( -
Inappropriate?Thanks, Chris!
That worked on my case. Had to deactivate the WP plug-in, copy the code directly into the template's header.php before the mootools.js.
Thanks again -
Inappropriate?I still can't this to work. I'm trying to install it on http://www.pauljenkins.tv/index-tabbe...
Thanks for any assistance. -
Hi Paul,
I can see wibiya include code in your document head, I suggest you try to include it inside the body tag (just before the closing < /body> tag) -
Avi - Thanks for the quick response. I moved the code but still no bar. -
Ok, please try now - it should work. -
Perfect. Thanks so much!
