The toolbar shows up on all pages but my homepage
The tool bar has not been showing up on the homepage of my joomla based site, but its shows on all other pages

Inappropriate?On my site (citizenactionny.org, a wordpress site), it doesn't show on the homepage unless the computer is running windows vista, and even if it does show on the homepage, the buttons don't work. It doesn't show at all in internet explorer.

Inappropriate?I also have the same problem, this toolbar works well in my first blog http://dallco.co.cc but in my second blog on the homepage http://arone.co.cc this toolbar can not arise, whereas on both this blog I use the theme and the same browser ..... can help me solve this problem?

We've examined your website, I think your jQuery version is causing the problem.
My suggestion is to use newer version of jQuery, you can load it directly from here:
