Hi there! i'm having that same problem! i tried adding this "&nc=0&pl=1" to see if it worked but nothing happened :S ... my url is HTTP://bloggerosanonimos.blogspot.com
And my "Edit Tool" Section doesn't show any of the applications... is there something i did wrong? -
Hi, I'm having the same issue too - the toolbar doesn't display, with or without the extra parameter. URL is http://limeshot.com. -
Hu LimeShot Team,
It seems like yo have the same problem, Could you please register to the beta again with a different email address and I'll approve you right away.
Then when you finish the process again insert the new code instead of the old code.
Sorry for the inconvenience. -
can you approve and me please i have the same problem http://www.greek-facebook.gr
i created a new account again today morning -
The "&nc=0&pl=1" solution worked for me. -
I had a jQuery conflict with the toolbar, it disabled my jQuery accordion but the "&nc=0&pl=1" solution fixed it, however the catch is that, my twitter updates widget (flash) overlaps the toolbar. My home page: afflatustechtronics.org -

It worked like a charm. Thank you! You guys are great, especially when it comes to quick replies. -

Inappropriate?Hi I have tried installing this toolbar on my site however its disabling a few jQuery scripts that I am already using on my website http://www.cssjockey.com.
Is there any way I can use jQuery noConflict script on this plugin or some other solution.
Thanks,
Mohit Aneja

Inappropriate?I also have this problem, although it only occurs in IE when the extra code is added. Was running on digital-media.net.au but needed to pull it off because of the errors.
-
Can you add the code again? we will check it immediately. -
Inappropriate?Hi Daniel,
Managed to convince them to leave it up for a while on Digital-Media.net.au . Appreciate your help.
Many Thanks

We are on it.. -
Inappropriate?Hi Willemert,
We found the bug, it will take some time to solve it.
Basically, it is derived from the fact you guys have no search on the Toolbar.
If you wish to add this application, we can change it to preform your inner search like we did at http://www.articlesbase.com
Let me know what you think,
Best,
Daniel
-
Inappropriate?I like it, but when I enable the search , it still comes up with a conflict. Would love the internal search though.
-
the search now uses your internal search.
as for the IE bug, We've tried several IE version / machine. all came out without an error. -
No problem! this is what we are here for..
Let us know if there is anything else we can do. -
Inappropriate?Hi, for what it's worth, adding the "&nc=0&pl=1" to the js does fix jquery rotating images issues (in FF). In IE8 however, the toolbar is not showing at all.
-
Hi, rvanweerd
Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us.
what is your website address? (we'll look into the IE issue) -
Inappropriate?hi, knowing this is in beta, I''ll try to provide as much feedback as I can. My site is vanweerd.com

Inappropriate?when i add the code with &nc=0&pl=1 safari doesn't show the bar again , and ff has bugs :(
without that &nc=0&pl=1 only ff works fine and sefari doen't show the bar again :( -
Inappropriate?i can't install again the toolbar cause my control panel the 'Install on websites and other blog platforms.' is not a link is just icon only 'Install on Blogger.' is link i made refresh i wait many hours i tried with all browsers but saws the same, and nothing is written from support that helping to show the toolbar with opera safari and ff without bugs :( .

Inappropriate?any correct code to show me the bar with safari and opera and without conflicts ?
-
Hi, maybe in your case it's about DOCTYPE, please try this one:

Inappropriate?Same problem. I have all kinds of js and jQuery code and wibyia stopped my rotating headlines and doesn't appear... Help?
I set up a testing site here:
Site http://www.thegrio.com/index-test.php
Thanks! -
Inappropriate?"&nc=0&pl=1" worked for me!! The toolbar kept my dropdown menus from loaded!

I’m Pleased!
-
Inappropriate?"&nc=0&pl=1" didn't work for me.
in FF without the params above some of the functionality worked but with it in the bar didn't appear at all.
The bar doesn't appear at all in IE
I’m disappointed
-
Hi vascopj,
What is your website address?
Thanks -
Inappropriate?www.idworks.ie
I have removed the bar at the moment though.
Let me know if you need me to put it back in.
Thanks -
Can you put it on a test page?
Thanks -
Inappropriate?Hi Avi
It's on http://www.idworks.ie/whats-new/innov...
Please try the RSS link on the right hand side of the bar in FF.
I found a seperate JS issue in IE even without the bar on it so ignore IE for the moment.
Thanks -
I can see there is a conflict with prototype.js.
The solution above (&nc=0&pl=1) should work, Can you please add it to your code?
Thank you -
Inappropriate? That is added now but the bar is not displaying at all now.
-
OK, I see.
Please try just "&nc=0" (no "&pl=1") -
Inappropriate?Excellent - that solves it on FF anyway.
We are sorting the issue with IE and then will check the bar there.
Thank you very much.
I’m well happy :-)
-
Inappropriate?Just to let you know - it's also working in IE now once we solved the underlying js issue.
Thank you -
Great!
Let us know if there is anything else we can help with. -
On what kind of Browser / OS do you still have a problem ?
Thanks -
firefox v3.5.5
opera v10.00
chrome v3.0.195.27
IE v 7.0
i use windows xp sp3 -
Hi sanjaya,
Did you take the toolbar off your website? I can't find the include code.
Thank you -
Inappropriate?i was remove the code,cz its doesnt work..
i want to add the code again, but the login area very painfull..
why use token?
you can make it easy by just using password.,,
i think i waste my time in wibiya just for login to my account
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate? The general rule for jQuery that has worked for me is adding:
var $j = jQuery.noConflict();
right after I insert the jQuery.js file. After this, instead of doing this for any jQuery code:
$().....
you substitute for:
$j().....

Inappropriate?Jon Herrera's recommendation seems to me to be the best long-term because it is "proper" javascript coding methodology. (That is, do not use and rely on global variables; use locals, as he's done.)
As for the current short-term workaround (passing "&nc=0&pl=1" to the .js code in the URL of our script line), this is a bit backwards. We end-users shouldn't have to do that; wibiya should just have their php script set those variables by default upon execution. That way, no one has to change any code at all and the short-term problem is solved for the majority of users.
For the rare few whose toolbars may be broken by this, have *them* modify their script call to pass nc=1 and pl=0.
