Wibiya Breaks Drupal Story Creation

Using the Wibiya toolbar disables many of the functions when adding a Story (basically a post or article) using Drupal 6.x. For example, the auto-complete fields for tags and topics no longer work and clicking on any of the auto-expand sections takes you to the top of the page with no way to access those fields or enter data. This alone makes the toolbar unusable. Is there any way to disable it when in the admin area and have it enable when "logged out"?

Also, the toolbar doesn't show on the home page, only on individual pages.
