Please help stop unwanted contacts viewing my windows live profile and information in im space

People that I have BLOCKED in my messenger contact list, and also blocked from sending me emails are still able to view my windows live profile!! and also my blog information look at my pictures. I have my profile set to only be viewed by my messenger contacts.

I’m frustrated
