RE-OPEN CLOSED ACCOUNT (CLOSED FOR UNEXPLAINED REASONS BY YOURSELVES)
Yesterday I received a message saying that my account had been closed because it "seems to have violated your Terms of Use". My computer had been off for the previous 12 hours so any problem must have been external. The message also says to click on the link below to re-open the account yet no link is provided other than a "help" link which is of no help. I do not wish to set up another account but only to renew the current one which has an I.D.#00064000A1AD7BAE. Please advise.

Inappropriate?i have the exact problem and no way of resolving it! no link provided to 'resolve the problm' as suggested and no way to contact a customer service agent. any advice?

Inappropriate?I have had this problem since 4/3 and today it is 4/24...with no solution in site. Only computer generated emails that do nothing.
