What hapened to HOTMAIL where did it go?

Recently, when I, and everyone else, was forced to stop using Hotmail and switch to Windows Live, my Bulk Mail(Junk Mail) folder disappeared from Otlook Express, Hotmail Heading disappeared from the folder list and all folders are now under Local Folders. It appears that with the current scheme and the absence of a Bulk(Junk) mail folder it is impossible to synchronize Window Live Mail with the mail in Outlook Express.

If I am wrong, I would greatly appreciate hearing the solution to this problem
