Have CTA/header not show up on certain pages?

Hi guys - just bought Ice Cream Dream to function as a portfolio site. Is there a way to turn off the CTA/header (or just have a smaller colored bar say) on every other page besides the home page? Meaning, there would be banner on the "Portfolio" page.
