I cannot get my computer to be "well connected". It is related to Zone Alarm. If I shut down Zone Alarm, it becomes well connected. Has anybody gotten this to work with Zone Alarm? I am NOT using Zone Alarm Pro. I am using the free version of Zone Alarm on Windows XP. I cannot find any settings that will allow this to work. Any ideas? Thanks.
When I start up the computer and Wuala starts automatically with windows there's no connection for trading.
But port forwarding is configured correctly and if I click "check again" it replies with "... accepts incoming connections". Then if I restart the client, there is a green checkmark where there was a red X before.
Very strange, please analyze this because I don't want to restart the client every time I restart windows.
Wuala should display some sort of message when my computer is not well connected to alert me that something is wrong.
I'm currently using port forwarding and my IP suddenly changed but I didn't know until a day later when I noticed that my online percentage dropped. If Wuala had alerted me about this then I would have fixed the problem sooner.
eg.
"Your computer is not well connected which may affect your ability to trade storage. Please check your connection or click --here-- to test if the necessary ports are forwarded properly"
