    Oh man, where is my storage space? Last reply on April 29, 2008 13:09.

    Last week, I needed to format the hard disk. So, I installed the Wuala again. But, for my surprise, I lost all the extra storage space I had (about 8 Gb) and cannot upload anything.

    Can anyone help me with that?

    Hi!

    I'm using Wuala now for a week. I'm getting the status "Online", no problem, but only the yellow one. Sometimes, very rare, it gets the green one. But that happen maybe two times since i downloaded Wuala.

    It's not able to connect with the external IP and if i try to test it, I'm only get this result:

    Prürbindung...
    Problem: Could not contact ping server A

    Port is forwoarded on my router and i'm not using any firewall! Someone may has an idea??

    Why is my connection status yellow?
    If I check my connection under options then I get "Analyzing Connection...
    Got answer from Ping Server A, your external adress is /x.x.x.x:7433
    Got answer from Ping Server B, your external adress is /x.x.x.x:7433
    /x.x.x.x:7433 accepts incoming connections.
    Congratulations, your connection is suitable for trading storage!"
    (I changed my IP address to x.x.x.x. There's really a number there.)
    If I check my router I see that port forwarding has been set up for UDP ports 7427 and 7433, which I'm assuming Wuala setup through UPnP.
    Yet, when I click the little yellow bulb in the lower left hand corner I get "There is an internet connection, but Wuala was unable to connect to the network. It can offer some functionality, but only limited upload and download capabilities."
    Any idea what's going on here and how I'd fix it? I hit Crtl-Alt-X to send my details to the Wuala team.
    Also, one of the reasons I'd like my status to switch to green is that I'd like my uptime ratio to improve. It's hasn't moved since I installed the program yesterday even though I've been online the whole time. I'm guessing this is because of my yellow connection status.

    [Linux] Interne IP wird falsch bezogen. Last reply on April 08, 2008 16:46.

    Die interne IP wird von Wuala stäig falsch abgebildet. Es steht 192.168.122.1 statt 192.168.1.5 da. Dadurch kann weder der Router noch irgend eine andere Verbindung gefunden werden, die einen ordnungsgemän Datentransfer erlaubt. Ein im selben Netz eingebundener Windows Rechner hat kein Problem. Dort klappt auch das UPnP.

    Heute morgen lief wuala problemlos. Als ich vorhin einen Reboot ausgefüatte, wollte wuala nicht mehr starten.
    Deswegen füich einen weiteren Reebot durch.
    Jetzt startet wuala auch, aber ich erhalte keine Verbindung.
    unten links steht Connecting und dann kommt nach 5 Sekunden Offline
