"Offline" files in world area

Hejhej!

Today I noticed a lot of these "files" in the world area:

Trying to download one results in an error message *suprise* ;-D
"Could not get download from server. Maybe you are disconnected."

My network status is green, so is there a problem with the network? Billions of nodes suddenly offline?

PS: Ten minutes later they were all gone/back to normal? Anyone else noticed?
