What is the purpose of AppData\Wuala\Data\Temp\Upload?
Is it stuff that needs to be uploaded?
If so shouldn't it be empty if nothing is uploading?
What if it has a Gig in it? Last modified a month ago?
When I uploaded a music album, it was uploaded instantly. Does this mean that Wuala found the same files online and I don't actually have to upload them?
I have tried to upload these files to a group several times (and then also tired uploading them to my (private) files. Whenever I tried, the encryption process runs well and then they appear in the folder where I wanted to upload them to, but:
- there's no upload activity
- when I look at their properties (in wuala), their state remains "local"
This only happens with certain files and I still have space and can upload other files just like before.
Could the reason be that those files are on wuala already (could be possible, they were once publicly available as free downloads)?
Or is this some sort of bug?
If I upload a file to 100% into the Wuala cloud, can I erase the file in the My Documents folder, and then expect to be able to retrieve 100% later if necessary? Are there conditions for this to be possible such as not erasing the Local Cache? Would the "maintenance" function take care of the peer churn by distributing required fragments across multiple peers?
Why is wuala dowloading / uploading ca 10kb/s in average when i don't share any thing or have any files? i have sen that it is constant 10kb/s in average it is like 25 gb month in waste!
Can someone clearify this.
Since i uploaded some files i permanently have a upload rate of up to (the value i selected in options menu) KB/s, even if i do not upload files (Whats that upload traffic for?)
And... the clear list function of "Downloads" Windows does not work. If i restart Wuala the files will be displayed again...
Hello! I've got a questen, hope my english isn't too bad..
Is there a possibility to upload files from a webserver into my account? Something like a remote upload with wuala? The point is, that I saved my personal data on a webserver to backup it, but now I'd like to backup them with wuala and don't want to download the whole files just to reupload..
