kicked user cant join the group again, ignorelist? how to fix?

i kicked some users out of my group cause there were inactive (for a while). now, they are activ, but they can ́t join the group again.

the kicked unser gets this message: "This item has been deleted. Ignore it. :)"

its like he is on an ignorelist.
