"Locally Stored Data" figure is not increasing
Since the introduction of the Fragments2 folder about a week ago, the Locally Stored Data figure on my client has remained unchanged at 3.8GB. However, new files continue to be created in Fragments2, and the total space it currently uses is 6.7GB.

Inappropriate? Thanks for reporting. This will be fixed with todays update.
-
Inappropriate? This has gotten better, but there is still a big discrepancy between what Wuala reports and actual disk usage. See http://wua.la/ericrchr/Public/Wuala+l...
-
Inappropriate?I can confirm the discrepancy. However, it would take some time to inviestigate it deeper. I'll focus on the update for the earnings formula first, this will get you more additional storage than fixing this bug. :)

Inappropriate? It would aso be nice if you could display something like "downloading encrypted fragments to increase storage" or something similar in the "Downloads" view... I really like to see what exactly is going on with the programs I have installed an that have network access behind an open port!
Edit: WualaPC 377 - my number increased only after a Wuala restart nad my 21 extra MB don't show up at the "Total" info (Total: 4 GB (4GB Basis + noch nichts verdient)) Maybe that's just because the number is so small, but I think it should be shown up there somehow...
I’m confident

Inappropriate? Is this issue fixed? Because the Wuala client reports on one PC of my, 5GB localy stored data en the fragments directory contains on this moment 10.9GB fragement files (last file is Fragments115.db).
The localy stored data counter is not increasing and also the graph stay's the same. But the Fragments2 folder keeps increasing. -
Inappropriate?I have a similar Problem. Since using Wuala I enabled earning storage. When I reached the 17% my Fragments2 folger started increasing (3.2gb at the moment) but the Graph still shows "0 Mb stored in this computer"

Inappropriate? At my computer as well (WualaPC 390)
8,41 GB in Fragments2 -- 2,5 in the client...
When has it stopped? For me Fragments26db and a few databases after that have been created on 27.02.2008 - maybe on that day the server failed? If you have another date it might rather be client related... -
Inappropriate?Hi!
What happens when I manually delete these "Fragments#.db" files? Would not be nice I guess since they contain someone's data... Apparently they are not affected by deleting local cache.
Another issue I would lke to know about is disk fragmentation: Does Wuala use a strategy to minimize it? Since using Wuala my defrag program has a lot to do... -
Inappropriate?I have the exact same problem.
my Fragments2 Folder now has almost 8 GB and my client still shows "Locally stored Data: 0 B"
I’m a bit frustrated.

this solves the problem

Inappropriate?Same problem here:
Wuala shows 889 MB, on HDD used 1,77 GB.
Wuala Version is 448 -
Inappropriate?Wuala Version 484 and it still doesn't work:
Wuala shows 2.7 GB - on HDD the folder Fragments2 uses 11 GB!
Is there a command to order Wuala to scan this folder again or if this isn't possible, to remove the 'waste'-data?
-
This is done/checked server-side... I fear you'll have to wait till it's fixed (again). -
Inappropriate?you can try switching off sharing, logging out/exiting, then restart wuala (or relogin) and enable sharing again. You may have to repeat this 2 times.
