Check for existing volumes named Wuala before NFS mount /Volumes/Wuala
Whilst troubleshooting http://gsfn.us/t/cxct (more details to follow): with Wuala not running, I created on a USB flash drive a partition named:
Wuala
When I then ran the Wuala application, at
/Volumes
viewed through Finder I found no distinction between the two volumes with the same name; AFAIR Finder presented only one volume named Wuala.
A Finder attempt to copy from one to the other failed, reporting that the file already existed (or words along those lines).
Suggestion: Wuala for Mac OS X should check for existing volumes named 'Wuala' before mounting to
/Volumes/Wuala
True: this is an obscure use case but this level of refinement may prove useful further down the line.

I did carelessly run myself into a situation where the OS could not eject the (a) volume named Wuala, even a forced eject left the icon in sidebar of Finder. A restart of the OS cured that.
Note to self: quit from Wuala then on my USB flash drive, rename the HFS+ volume with that name. -

Wuala will soon change the fsi system to a fuse solution for linux/osx. Afaik, the Networkdrive will be renamed/ is renamed into WualaDrive during that pogress. Oh and - please use https://forum.wuala.com/ for further discussion. We ́re emigration the forum. ;)
