Copying files to Wuala is not working well
Dears, I had this problem since starting using Wuala. I can ́t copy all the files, there are always some missing at the end of the day. For example, if I pick a DVD with JPG files, that has lets say 5000 pictures, after the upload is complete I only find 4500 files at Wuala... so its virtually impossible to know which files are copied and which not... I ́m thinking in using a synchronization tool to do that, but this should not be necessary right ? Any idea what the problem could be ?

Inappropriate?That's very strange and looks like a serious bug. Wuala shouldn't ignore files... This happens all the time? Have you tried adding the files again? Remember that each file is only uploaded once, so, if you try to upload the files again, the upload time of 4500 files will be 0 :)

Inappropriate?Yes, it happens all the time, when I upload large quantities of files, lets say 600MB (1 CD) or something like that... if I add them manually it works fine, but its a pain to see which folders the files are missing.... could you enter in my computer using teamviewer and check it out ? I love Wuala and wanna it to be perfect :)) Even tried to trade more than 100gb of space but without sucess... for now loosing 20% of the pictures is not such a concern for me :))

You are doing this through the file system integration, right? The problem must be there. Probably some logs would help (FSI log or something).
I'll make a note to the devs. They'll know better what they need to solve this. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I use FSI, but I could also use a good Backup programm like SyncBack, this would solve the problem,but.... would be terrific if it could work just with the FSI. Let me know any kind of logs you need, and I'm happy to provide you with them.
