Copying private files from others and making them public

Hi Wuala-Team and everybody else who can answer this question,

I am attending two private groups. When I open the context menue of a file, which was uploaded by another person, I have the possibility to add it to the other group. However I only want to do this. if the file is newly encrypted with my key and the other person's key is not passed on without his control.
