Inappropriate?We already show the download queue when downloading multiple files. I personally quite like the Chrome way of doing this as it is less intrusive. In general, I'd rather try to improve the status message, for example by adding an ETA for all running uploads/downloads. What do you think about that approach?

would be great especially for uploads!
What would help a lot is an upload/download window that saves size/position/columnswidth after closing.
Or have you thought about creating one window that combines upload and download? (e.g. as in utorrent - on the left you can select down, up or all)
All entries (up and down) should be cleared on completion, I think
